Income Requirements

  • Application fee of $30
  • All applicants over the age of 18 must apply individually
  • Provide (4) most recent pay stubs
  • If you are self-employed, you will need to provide tax returns for the prior year

 

Rental History

 

  • Provide current and prior rental references. 

 

Pets

 

  • Policies on pets vary according to the property (please call or email us for specifics)
  • Pet policies are strictly enforced. 

 


Application Process

 

  • Application selection is based primarily upon the credit worthiness, Income, landlord references and other information on the application. Additionally, you are also rated against other applications received.

 

Occupancy

 

  • The number of occupants is limited to two (2) persons per bedroom plus one (1) additional person.
